2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. orange juice
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. catsup
2 cloves garlic minced
2 tbsp. minced fresh parsley
tsp. lemon juice
tsp. dried oregano
Freshly ground pepper and salt to taste
2 lbs. swordfish steaks about 1" thick

Directions:

Whisk the soy sauce, orange juice, oil, catsup, garlic,. parsley. lemon juice, oregano, salt and pepper until well blended. Brush over fish steaks, cover and chill up to 4 hours.
Grill for 4-5 minutes per side, turning once.
