8 eggs, separated 16 Tbsp.milk3 tsp.salt 8 Tbsp.butter 4(8-ozs.)pkgs. Jarlsberg cheese, grated 8 slices ham,cut into long,thin strips b8 Tbsp.leeks,finely sliced

Directions:
Whisk the eggs lightly with milk and salt.Heat butter in a pan until golden brown. Pour into egg mixture. Sprinkle all the cheeses over egg mixture and top with finely sliced leeks and ham.Cover the pan and cook moderate heat for 5 to 6 minutes. Custard should be firmly set and puffed when done
