4 cups butter (no substitute) 4 cups sharp New York State cheese, grated 4 tsp.salt 3 tsps.cayenne pepper 4 cups flour Pecan halves

Directions:
Cream butter,cheese, salt and pepper. Add flour and work into smooth, large ball. Roll into small balls press half pecans on each ball to flatten. Place on each cookie sheet and bake at 350*F.for 15 minutes
