1 1/2 cups elbow macaroni
3 T butter
3 T flour
2 cups milk
1/2 tsp salt & pepper
2 cups shredded cheese (any type of cheeses you like)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Cook pasta according to package. Drain and set aside.
3. Melt butter in skillet or pot large enough to hold pasta.
4. Add flour and stir over medium heat until lightly brown.
5. Add milk and whisk, add salt & pepper.
6. Cook over medium heat until sauce thickens and bubble.
7. Stir in cheese and whisk until smooth. Add drained noodles and stir.
8. Put in a greased 2 qt. pan and cook for 20-25 minutes.
