Chicken Divan Recipe

2 pkg. frozen broccoli (you decide) (or fresh, cut and cooked in boiling water for 2 minutes or so)
2 c. cooked chicken, diced and seasoned with pepper and garlic salt
1 can each cream of chicken and cream of mushroom soup
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp. lemon juice
tsp. curry salt and pepper
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 c. seasoned bread croutons

Thaw broccoli (can run hot water over or cook in hot water for a few minutes)

Drain broccoli

In a large mixing bowl, add broccoli, soups, mayonnaise, lemon juice and chicken. Put into a casserole dish (I put in my glass bowl type one, but a square cake pan type would work well)

Top with shredded cheese. I usually press all of it down to pack it in with a wooden spoon.

Top with seasoned bread crotons.

Cover and cook on 350 for hour, another 15 minutes uncovered. (you may find that it is more or less (I just play it by ear type of thing) You want it hot and bubbly.
