Ingredients:  
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
14 oz. chicken broth
1 can Rotel tomatoes
2 T. cornstarch
1 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Cut Velveeta into 1 inch cubes. Combine with broth & Rotel tomatoes in a medium saucepan, heat over medium heat until cheese is melted. Stir frequently.
Combine cornstarch and water in shaker. Stir thickening into cheese mixture & heat to dip consistency.
