8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. vinegar
½ c. Thousand Island Dressing
½ lb. deli corned beef, finely chopped
1 c. sauerkraut, drained & chopped
4 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded
Rye bread or crackers

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl mix cream cheese, thousand island dressing & vinegar until smooth. Stir in corned beef, sauerkraut & swiss cheese until blended. Transfer to a greased 1.5 or 2 quart crock pot. Cover & heat 1-1½ hours until cheese is melted. Stir to blend further.
Serve with bread or crackers.
