½ c. Sugar
½ c. firmly pkd. brown sugar
½ c. marg. or butter, softened
½ c. peanut butter
2 T. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 ¾ c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
Sugar for rolling balls in
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugars with margarine, add peanut butter, milk, vanilla, and egg. Stir in flour, baking soda and salt. Make into balls and roll in granulated sugar. Flatten with fork.
