Ingredients: 3¼ - 3½ c. unseasoned bread croutons (dry stuffing cubes) or 5 or so pieces of bread, toasted and cut into small pieces ½ tsp. parsley ½ tsp. paprika and plain pepper 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese 8 slices cook, drained and crumbled bacon 1 lb Jimmy Dean sausage, cooked 1½ c. diced ham ¾ stick melted butter 2 c. milk or ½ and ½ 1 can cream of mushroom soup 10 eggs 1 small chopped onion or about ¼ to ⅓ c. dried onion (optional) 1 tsp. or more salt 1 tsp. or more pepper 2 tsp. granulated sugar

Directions:Oven-350º (make night before)
Base: 3¼- 3½ cups unseasoned bread croutons (dry stuffing cubes) or 5 or so pieces of bread, toasted and cut into small pieces ½ tsp. parsley ½ tsp. paprika and plain pepper 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Meat (choose your meat): 8 slices cook, drained and crumbled bacon 1 lb Jimmy Dean sausage, cooked 1 ½ cups diced ham A mix of all three
Spray a 9 x 13 pan with butter spray (Pam or the like) Put bread croutons around bottom. Add seasonings, cheese and cooked meat.
Mix with electric beater: melted butter, milk or ½ and ½, cream of mushroom soup, eggs, chopped onion or about ¼ to ⅓ c. dried onion (optional), salt, pepper and granulated sugar
Pour evenly over ingredients in pan. Cover with aluminum foil and refrigerate overnight. In morning, bake covered for 1 hour (sometimes I bake uncovered for 10 minutes if needed). Let sit 15 minutes before serving.
