(2) 16 oz. bags frozen Broccoli florets
(1) 8 oz. Philadelphia Cream Cheese
5 tbsp. Real Butter
6 Slices White Bread
3 Medium Onions
2 Milk
(2) 16 oz. bags shredded cheddar cheese
3-5 tbsp. Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven at 375║

Tear 6 slices white bread into crouton size & set aside
Place frozen broccoli in colander, run cold water until thawed
Cut Onions into quarters, mix with broccoli & place in large casserole dish

In medium sauce pan:
Mix-milk, cream cheese, 2TBLS butter
over medium heat, Stir frequently until smooth, add 3 tbsp. flour & stir until smooth. (Add more flour if needed to thicken sauce mix)

Pour sauce over Broccoli & Onions
Put Shredded Cheddar Cheese on top of broccoli & Onion mix
SautÚ bread pieces in 3 tbsp. Butter
Then place on top of cheese
Bake at 375║ for 45-60 minutes
