4 whole Zucchini; quartered lengthwise
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese; grated
1/2 teaspoon Dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon Dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon Dried basil
1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder
Salt & pepper; to taste
2 tablespoons Olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven at 350 F. In a bowl combine Parmesan, Thyme, Oregano, Basil, Garlic Powder, Salt and Pepper.

Place Zucchini on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle Zucchini with Parmesan mixture. Bake 15-20 minutes or until tender. Then broil 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Enjoy
