3 cups peanut oil
3 eggs
1/4 cup poultry seasoning
1/4 cup salt
1/8 cup black pepper
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together in food processor with steel knife blade. Make sure to keep food pusher tube out but cover with your hand for a few seconds as you start the processor so that mixture doesn't splatter everywhere.

2. Freeze in ice cube trays for future use.

3. Marinade boneless skinless chicken thighs for several hours or overnight in fridge in enough marinade to coat chicken thighs. BBQ at 350ºF or bake in oven on top rack for about 30 minutes. Makes a large quantity.
