Classic Microwave Meatloaf Recipe

1 lbs. ground beef
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c. rolled oats
1 tbsp instant onion (minced)
⅛ tsp instant garlic (minced)
1 tsp salt
tsp pepper

⅓ c ketchup
1 tbsp worchesteshire sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp prepared mustard

Combine all meatloaf ingredients. Pat into 9x5 x 2 loaf. Cook 8-10 minutes on high in microwave. (Maybe longer, depends on microwave).

Combine ingredients for sauce. Pour over meatloaf about halfway through the baking time.
