4 garlic cloves chopped very fined
4 table spoons Greek Yogurt
2 tbsp. parmesan cheese grated
2 tsp Dijon mustard
2 tsp red wine vinegar
4 Anchovies Minced
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 lemon juice
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

* Croutons
Cubed Sourdough bread, melted butter, olive oil, salt and pepper and minced parsley.

In a mixing bowl whisk together lemon juice, garlic, anchovies,, dijon mustard, and worcestershire sauce and red wine vinegar. slowly add the greek yogurt, parmesan cheese. little by little add the olive oil and whisk very well as you're adding the oil.

*Croutons
Mix all ingredients and bake for ten minutes at 400 degrees. make sure to mix them well every other minute.

You might want to use an Anchovy paste instead,
