3 gal. green tomatoes, quartered
1 gal. onions, quartered
8 cups sugar
4 tbsp. black pepper
1/2 cup salt
2 cups banana peppers, sliced
1 1/2 qt. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Put all in large pot. Simmer until it bubbles. Pack in jars. Pour juice over tomatoes from pot.
Wipe rings clean with damp cloth. Seal.
5 minute cold pack.
