1 10 - 12 lb. Turkey, or one that will fit your size fryer
1 cup Tony's chachere
1 cup prepared mustard
1/2 bottle Tobasco sauce
1 bottle liquid onion
1 bottle liquid garlic
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Large plastic bag to refrigerate
Peanut oil for frying
Turkey fryer

Directions:
Directions:
Put Tobasco sauce, liquid onion, liquid garlic and Worcestershire sauce in blender add water to 3 quarters full.
Pour into syringe and shoot under skin of turkey all over.
Mix 1 cup Tony's Chachere and 1 cup yellow prepared mustard and rub mixture all over bird, inside and out.
Put in large plastic bag and refrigerate 24 hours.
Cook in hot peanut oil in fryer 3 1/2 minutes per pound of turkey
