2 1/2 cup seasoned croutons
2 cups Velveeta cheese
2 lbs. Jimmy Dean sausage 1 hot and 1 reg.
4 eggs, beaten
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
2 1/2 cup milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can green chilies, chopped
1 pkg. flour tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage, drain
Grease 9 x 13 casserole dish.
Spread croutons in bottom. Layer browned sausage then grated cheese.
Combine eggs, milk, dry mustard, soup and green chilies. Pour over cheese.
Cover, refrigerate over night.
Bake at 300 for 60 minutes covered.
Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer.
Roll in flour tortillas
