1 lb. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 sm. cans chopped green chili's
1 egg beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a flat pie plate(10") and put 1/2 the cheese on the bottom. Add both cans of chili's on top and smooth out evenly. Add remaining cheese on top. Dribble one beaten egg on top of cheese. Bake at 350 for 20-25 min.
