1 (10 oz) tube refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1 lb ground beef
c ketchup
3 T brown sugar
3 T cider vinegar
tsp chili powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Grease muffin tin.

Separate dough into 10 biscuits; flatten into 5 inch circles. Press each into the bottom and up the sides of a greased muffin cup; set aside.

In a skillet, brown meat and drain. Combine ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar and chili powder in a small bowl; stir until smooth. Add meat and mix well. Divide meat mixture among biscuit-lined muffin cups, using about c for each. Sprinkle with cheese.

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from muffin pan.
