Ingredients:  
5 to 6 Tbsp. Cocoa
4 to 6 Tbsp. sugar
dash salt
1/2 cup water
3 1/2 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together cocoa, sugar and salt. Add water. Simmer and stir 3 minutes slowly. Stir in milk. Heat until it almost boils. (Don't let it boil)
Beat with rotary beater just before serving to make it frothy.
