8 eggs
2 Tbsp water
4 oz. chopped ham
1 cup mozzarella cheese divided
3 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven 350 F.
Beat eggs and water with wire whisk in medium bowl. Stir in ham, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese and 2 Tbs parsley
Pour into greased 9 inch pie plate or quiche plate sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake 30 minutes or until puffy and golden brown. Sprinkle with remaining parsley. Serve
