Dressing:
2/3 cup Orange Juice
1/4 cup Grapeseed Oil
1/8 cup Olive Oil
1 to 2 Tablespoons of Honey
1/4 cup Rice Vinegar
2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
Finely minced mint leaves - 1 to 2 Tablespoons
1/2 teaspoons Soy Sauce

Salad:
Bag of Organic Mixed Greens
1-2 Oranges, peeled and cut into 1" pieces
2 Tablespoons of Shallots chopped or Red Onion
Sugared Pecans
Gorgonzola crumbles - 1/2 cup

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dressing ingredients together and let marinade approximately 1-2 hours.

Mix all other salad ingredients together. Pour dressing on salad right before serving.
