Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
2-3 chicken breasts (can be frozen)
1 can diced tomatoes (do not drain)
1 can black beans (drained)
1 can chili beans (do not drain)
1 package taco seasoning
1 can sliced black olives
1 can chopped green chilies
Tortilla chips or tortillas
Toppings: Lettuce, tomatoes, shredded cheese, sour cream.

Directions:
Layer chicken in bottom of crockpot. Add the rest of the ingredients int he order written. Do not stir. Cook no low 7-8 hours. Take out chicken and shred. Return chicken to crockpot and stir well. Serve with tortilla chips or on a flour tortilla. Serve with chopped lettuce, tomatoes and shredded cheese if desired.
