3 c. Peppridge Farm Herbed Croutons
2 c. Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
1 tubes Jimmy Dean Sausage
2 c. Milk
1 tsp. Dry Mustard
6 Eggs

Gravy:
c. milk
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Brown and drain sausage. Beat eggs in bowl. Add milk and dry mustard. Spray 9X13 pan with nonstick spray. Put croutons in bottom of pan. Add cheese and sausage with eggs. After mixed, pour over croutons. Cover and put in refrigerator overnight.

Gravy: In Morning: Mix c. milk and 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup. Pour over top of egg bake.
Bake @ 325 for 1-1 hours.
