1 lb. ground beef
½ lb. ground port
½ c. minced onion
¾ c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 tbsp. minced parsley
1½ tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Egg
½ c. milk

Gravy:
¼ C. flour
1 tsp. paprika
½ tsp. salt and
⅛ t. pepper
2 c. boiling water
¾ c. sour cream
⅔ c. beef broth

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients thoroughly; Shape into balls the size of a large walnut; Brown in 1/4 C. butter;
Remove meatballs and make gravy; Return meatballs to gravy and cook 15-20 minutes.

Gravy: Stir 1/4 C. flour, 1 t. paprika, 1/2 t. salt and 1/8 t. pepper into hot fat from the browning of
the meatballs. Stir in 2 C. boiling water and 3/4 C. sour cream. Add 2/3 C. beef broth.
