2 bags Baby greens
1 Pear
3/4 cup walnuts
1/3 cup Gorgonzola cheese
Walnut vinaigrette
1 tablespoon butter
2 teaspoons brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In medium skillet, melt butter and whisk in sugar over medium low heat
Add walnuts and let them cook, stirring often until sugar has caramelized on them (~3-4 minutes)
Remove from skillet and set aside
Slice pear 1/4" thick
Assemble baby greens and top with walnuts, pears, and Gorgonzola
Toss salad with walnut vinaigrette salad
Enjoy!

Swap out the dressing for a raspberry vinaigrette, or swap the pears for apples.
Add more/less cheese, walnuts, & pears to your liking.
Top it off with pepper to taste.
