Smoked Trout/Salmon Recipe

1 cup Tender Quick
1 gallon Water
7 pounds of fish
Seasoning of choice...
Lemon pepper, Herb &garlic, or any of you favorites.

Dissolve 1 cup Tender Quick into 1 gallon of water.
Marinate 7 pounds of fish in salt water for am minimum of 12 hours or overnight.
Rinse fish, place fish on smoker grates, sprinkle your choice of seasonings.

Bring smoker temperature to 200.
Add fish bring temperature down to 150
for 2 hours.
Check your fish for doneness.
