4 boneless skinless breast cut into strips

1 c flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne

3/4 c milk


Honey Mustard:
1/2 c honey
1/4 c Dijon mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare honey mustard ahead of time to allow flavors to blend.

Mix dry ingredients in a bowl and put milk in a separate bowl.

Set strips in bowl of milk, then drip into flour mixture.

Pour a small amount of oil in a pan and heat over medium high heat. Cook strips 3 minutes or so on each side.
