16 to 24 beef soup bones 16 bouillon cubes 8 garlic cloves, pressed 4 bay leaves 8 stalks celery, chopped 4 Tbsp.worcesshire sauce Good dash oregano, thyme savory Small dash tarragon 8(141/2-ozs.each) cans tomatoes with juice 8 medium onions, coarsely chopped salt to taste pepper to taste 4-lbs.ground beef,crooked and drained 8-lbs.mixed vegetables 1 cups rice,uncooked

Directions:
Cover soup bones with water.Let cook for 1/2 hour.Skim occasionally. Add other ingredients up to the ground beef. Let simmer for an hour. Add remaining ingredients. Taste for adjustments to seasoning and let cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour longer. Remove soup bones,cut meat off bones and add meat to soup
