2 (10oz) bags frozen chopped broccoli
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 (10oz) can condensed cream of chicken soup
2 eggs
1 stick ritz crackers (crushed)
1/2 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.

Cook frozen broccoli according to package directions then drain. In a large bowl, lightly whisk eggs. Add mayonnaise, cheese & can of soup & stir until well combined. Add drained broccoli & stir well. In separate bowl, melt half stick of butter & toss in cracker crumbs. Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray. Pour broccoli mixture into pan. Top with crushed, buttered crackers. Bake 35 mins or until it no longer jiggles in the center.
