4 cup flour
2 cup oatmeal
2 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup pumpkin (small can)
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup pecans, chopped
1 cup butter
2 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
teaspoon ground nutmeg
teaspoon ground ginger
teaspoon allspice
teaspoon pumpkin spice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter and sugars in large bowl, mix until smooth and creamy.

Add egg, and vanilla; mix until combined.

In a separate bowl combine flour, oatmeal, and spices.

Alternate mixing dry ingredients with pumpkin into the batter.

Stir in chocolate chips and pecans.

Use cup dough per cookie, about the size of an ice cream scoop.

Bake in preheated oven at 350 for 13 to 15 minutes.
