1 1/2 C flour
3/4 C sugar
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
3/4 C milk
1 egg
1/4 C butter (melted)

Topping:
1/3 C brown sugar
1/4 C flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3 tsp firm butter (softened)
1/2 C chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, milk, egg and melted butter. Blend by hand. pour into a 13 x 9 inch greased cake pan. Mix the topping ingredients and pour evenly over batter.
Bake at for 25-30 minutes.

Serve warm with butter and hot cocoa or coffee.
