2 Eggs, Slightly Beaten
1 tsp. Onion Powder
1 tsp Season Salt
2 tsp Warcestershire Sauce
2 T Snipped Parsley
2 T Barbecue Sauce
1 c Wheat Chex crushed
1 lbs lean ground beef

Sauce Ingredients

1 can Cream of Onion soup
½ c sour cream
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the first 6 ingredients. Stir in Chex and athe ground beef. Shape into 1 ¼ " meatballs. Place on a baking sheet. Bake at 400º for about 8 minutes. Turn midway during bking. Serve alone or with the sauce. These can be frozen and baked later for about 12 minutes

Sauce Instructions

Combine 1 can of cream of onion soup, the sour cream, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook and stir over low heat just to boiling.
