4 lbs potatoes (12 medium)
1 8 oz package cream cheese softened
1 cup sour cream
2 Tsp salt
1 clove garlic crushed
1/4 cup chopped chives
1/2 tsp paprika
1 Tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
!. Cook potatoes in boiling salted water 15 minutes until tender. Drain
2. Mash potatoes in large bowl of electric mixer. Add cream cheese , sour cream, salt and garlic. Beat at high speed until smooth and light. Stir in chopped chives.
3.Spoon into a lightly greased 10 cup baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika dot with butter.
4. Bake 350 F for 30 minutes until lightly golden and heated through
