6 cups sliced cooked potatoes
2 cups shredded cheddar Cheese
2 large eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Layer 1/2 potatoes and 1/2 cheese in shallow buttered 2 quart casserole. Repeat layers. In a bowl lightlty beat eggs stir in milk, salt and nutmeg.. Pour eggs mixture over potatoes and cheese. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven 35 -40 minutes or until knife inserted in near center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
