Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
2 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. all spice
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 cup salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 cup oil
4 beaten eggs
2 cups grated carrots
1 14 oz. can pineapple (do not drain)

CREAM CHEESE ICING:
4 oz. cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, all spice, cinnamon. Add sugar, oil and eggs and mix. Add carrots and pineapple. Mix well and put into greased and floured cake pan and bake at 350 for 30 - 40 minutes.

ICING:
Mix butter and cream cheese. Add vanilla and sugar and mix.
