2 cups broccoli florets, fresh or frozen
1/2 small onion
4 cups chicken stock
1 15 oz. can evaporated milk
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot, place chicken stock, onion and salt and pepper over medium heat. Add broccoli and cook 15 minutes. Stir in cheese and milk and cook over lower heat for 15 minutes.
