¾ cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp flour
½ tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp nutmeg
½ tsp ginger
¼ tsp cloves

1½ cups canned pumpkin
1½ cups evaporated milk
1 egg
2 Tbsp dark molasses

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º
Deep 9" pie pan filled with unbaked pastry shell

Mix together brown sugar, flour, salt cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and cloves.
Add pumpkin, milk, egg and molasses.
Stir until smooth.
Pour into pie pan with unbaked pastry shell.
Bake 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350º and bake for 40 minutes (until knife comes out clean)
