1 cp. sugar
cp. cocoa
1 cp. heavy cream, chilled
tsp. vanilla
16 graham crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and cocoa.

Whip cream until slightly thickened. Gradually add cocoa mixture & vanilla, whip until stiff.

Spread crackers with whipped cream mixture, standing crackers upright on platter, placing each one in front of the other. Press gently together. Spread remaining cream over top & sides.

Chill in fridge at least 4 hours.
When ready to serve, slice diagonally or lengthwise. If cut lengthwise, cut slice into 2 servings.
