2 lb. yellow squash
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 onion, grated
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. melted butter
salt and pepper
Pepperidge Farm stuffing

Directions:
Directions:
Boil squash that has been cut into pieces. Cook until tender. Drain well. Mix ingredients (except stuffing) and place in buttered casserole. Cover with stuffing and bake until bubbly at 325 - 350.
