Ingredients:  
6 medium to large potatoes
salt & pepper to taste
Evaporated milk as need to make creamy (use small can)
2 T butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and chop potatoes. Add water to almost cover potatoes. Salt and pepper. Cook until tender. Remove from heat. Drain water, add butter.
Beat on low with electric mixer (I use hand mixer.) Add evaporated milk until desired consistency. Mix on medium with mixer.
