1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup plain yogurt
2 1/2 cup flour
4 Tbsp cocoa
2 tsp baking soda
3 cups shredded zucchini
12 oz. chocolate chips

1. Heat oven to 325 º
2. Cream butter, oil and sugar together in an electric mixer bowl. Add eggs, vanilla and yogurt mixing until well blended. Sift dry ingredients and add. Mix in zucchini. Spoon into greased and floured 9 x 13 pan and sprinkle top of cake with chocolate chips. Bake at 325 º for 45 to 50 minutes

variation of this is to leave the chocolate chips out and frost with a peanut butter frosting.
