Ingredients:  
⅓ c orange juice
3 T honey
⅓ c soy sauce
Fresh tuna steak
Sesame seeds
Wasabi
Pickled ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Marinade tuna for 2 hours in orange juice, honey and soy sauce.

Pat tuna steak dry. Crust tuna with sesame seeds. Sear tuna in a hot pan with some EVOO. Flip after a minute or 2 on each side.

Chill. Slice thin with cerrated knife
.
Serve with wasabi and pickled ginger.
