Ingredients: 1lb Spaghetti noodles cooked and drained.
1lb Beef browned and drained
1- 24oz jar spaghetti sauce
8oz Cream cheese @ room temp.
1c Sour Cream
1c Cottage cheese
1c Grated cheddar cheese
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:Preheat oven 350º
Butter bottom and sides of 9x13 baking dish
In a medium bowl mix the cooked beef and spaghetti sauce.
In a medium bowl mix together cream cheese, sour cream, and cottage cheese until smooth, creamy, and well combined. Salt and pepper to taste. I mix with a mixer
Place ½ of the cooked spaghetti in the bottom of the baking dish. dollop ½ of the cream cheese mix over the spaghetti as evenly as possible.
Spread ½ of the meat mixture.
Repeat layers once and top with the cheddar cheese.
Bake for 20-30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. |
