1lb Spaghetti noodles cooked and drained.
1lb Beef browned and drained
1- 24oz jar spaghetti sauce
8oz Cream cheese @ room temp.
1c Sour Cream
1c Cottage cheese
1c Grated cheddar cheese
Salt and Pepper to taste

Preheat oven 350
Butter bottom and sides of 9x13 baking dish
In a medium bowl mix the cooked beef and spaghetti sauce.
In a medium bowl mix together cream cheese, sour cream, and cottage cheese until smooth, creamy, and well combined. Salt and pepper to taste. I mix with a mixer
Place of the cooked spaghetti in the bottom of the baking dish. dollop of the cream cheese mix over the spaghetti as evenly as possible.
Spread of the meat mixture.
Repeat layers once and top with the cheddar cheese.
Bake for 20-30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

To die for! You really can't over do any of the cheese mixture it's awesome. You'll be fat.
