1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1-2 boneless skinless chicken breast cut into cubes (cook chicken until no longer pink)
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1 cup pace picante sauce
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 soup can water
2 cups corn
1 can black beans drained and rinsed
cup of sour cream
1 cup shedded cheddar or colby jack cheese
⅓ cup chopped cilantro leaves
tortilla chips

Directions:

1. Put all ingredients in crock pot on high for 4 hours.
2. Top with cheese and sour cream.
