4 EGGS
1 1/2 CUP OIL
2 TEASPOON SODA
1 TEASPOON SALT
2 CUP FLOUR
3 TEASPOON CINNAMON
2 TEASPOON VANILLA
3 CUP GRATED CARROT

FROSTING:
1/2 CUP BUTTER
1 LB POWDERED SUGAR (ABOUT 4 CUPS)
8 OZ CREAM CHEESE
1 CUP PECANS

Directions:
CREAM CUGAR AND EGGS. BLEND IN OIL AND VANILLA. SIFT DRY INGREDIENTS AND ADD. FOLD IN GRATED CARROTS. BAKE IN THREE 8 INCH GREASED PANS. FROST WITH ABOVE FROSTING.
