1 Cup flour
6 packets of sweet & Low
1 Tablespoon baking powder
teaspoon salt
2 Cups All-Bran cereal
1 Cup non-fat or 1% milk
Cup egg substitute
Cup unsweetened applesauce
teaspoon cinnamon
teaspoon vanilla extract
cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400.
Stir together flour, sweet & low, baking powder & salt. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl. combine All-Bran & milk. Let stand for 5 minutes or until cereal softens. Add egg substitute & applesauce. Beat week, Add flour mixture, stirring only until combined. Pour batter
evenly into twelve muffin pan coated with cooking spray.

Bake about 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve warm or cold
