CHEESE CAKE TOPPING

2 Graham Cracker Crusts
3 8 oz. Cream Cheese
4 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 cup Sugar
4 Eggs
1tsp Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
When starting out, Cream Cheese should not be cold. Take from fridge and completely unwrap package and micro-wave for 10 sec. high. Add 15 sec. for each additional package of cream cheese.
Then thoroughly blend cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Then add the rest of the ingredients until smooth.

Bake for 25 minutes.

Let cool and add topping. Bake for an additional 5 minutes.

Refrigerate.

1 Pint Sour Cream
4 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla


Optional: You may add pie cherry filling :)

bake for 5 minutes.
