1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup water
2 T butter, melted
1 1/4 cups CORNBREAD MIX (found in the Preparedness section)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 . Butter a 5" x 3" loaf pan. In a bowl beat together , egg, water and butter. Stir in CORN BREAD MIX until moistened. Batter will be lumpy. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 20-25 minutes...makes I loaf (Iuse my small iron skillet and it works great...I preheat the skillet)...
