1 pound ground beef
1 12-ounce box rotini pasta
2 cups chicken broth
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 14-ounce cans diced tomatoes
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Spread the raw ground beef in a greased 9-by-13-inch casserole dish. Bake for 25 minutes. Drain some of the fat from the beef.
2. Spread the uncooked pasta in an even layer over the beef. Add the chicken broth, onion, garlic, diced tomatoes, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, salt and pepper. Make sure that the pasta is just submerged in the liquid; remove some broth or add water to achieve this.
3. Top the casserole with shredded cheddar cheese. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the pasta is tender. Serve with a side of lettuce and tomato.
Pro tip: For an extra punch, add a teaspoon of Cajun spice for a fun twist on this burger casserole!
